Ashley Poteat is a committed and experienced paralegal with over 20 years of experience serving Iredell, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties.

 

A proud resident and native of Iredell County and a 2001 alumnus of South Iredell High School, Ashley's deep-rooted connection to her community is the cornerstone of her commitment to serving those around her. She is a member of the Paralegal Association of Iredell County and a registered North Carolina Notary Public. Since beginning her career in the local legal system in 2004, Ashley has accumulated a wide range of knowledge in various legal fields, including family, criminal, real estate, and civil litigation, making her an invaluable asset to our team and to the clients we serve.

 

Ashley and her husband Josh, have two daughters and reside in Ashley’s hometown of Troutman, North Carolina. While not working, Ashley’s primary focus is connecting with her family. Ashley enjoys taking quick trips to the local North Carolina mountains and she is an avid reader. Her passion for serving her community extends beyond the law office. Ashley and her daughters actively volunteer on their church’s outreach community where they help serve meals to risk youth in the community, as well as serving in her church’s Sunday morning children’s ministry.
