Dana is a native of Georgia and moved to Statesville in 1984.  She has been serving the Statesville area as a real estate paralegal since 1988. She is very knowledgeable in North Carolina Real Estate Regulations and Guidelines, document preparation, and communicating with all parties involved in the real estate transaction. She assists in scheduling closings for multiple types of transactions including residential, commercial, farm, equity line closings, cash purchases, and REO transactions.

Dana is a member of the Cooking for Christ team.  She is married and has two sons.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on her family's mini farm, hiking, kayaking, reading, painting, attending church, and volunteering in the community.
