BIO

Mr. Davidson is a native of Statesville, NC, and is an alumnus of North Iredell High School, Class of 1987. He graduated Magna cum Laude from Howard University with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Upon graduation, he accepted an associate underwriter position with CNA Insurance Company in New York, NY. During his tenure at CNA, he was promoted and transferred to Los Angeles, CA in 1992 and then Atlanta, GA in 1993. In 1995, Mr. Davidson decided to return to school to pursue a legal education at the University of Iowa College of Law. Upon graduation, he decided to return to Statesville to serve the community as an attorney. He worked with a local Statesville law firm until 2005 when he established The Law Office of Daryl G. Davidson. In 2021, he merged with Benbow & Martin and they formed Benbow, Davidson, & Martin, PC.

 

Mr. Davidson speaks Spanish as a second language. He is married to Amelia Davidson and they have four children.
